They not just improve immunity by inhibiting the growth of the unwanted bacteria but also the side effects are minimal. From this positive effect, theses spices should be used in a remedy to control the pandemic. As these spices help control diabetes, cholesterol, and cancer, they will also help in fighting against the deadly Coronavirus by improving immunity. These spices will keep the people safe and respiratory system intact.
