About Author:

My name is Chef Marc St. Omer. I was born in Montego Bay Jamaica in the 60s and was raised on a traditional diet which I did not know the significance value. Migrate to New York with my traditional eating habit.

In April of 1991, I suffered a massive TBI injury in which I was Comatose on arrival to the hospital, I regained consciousness in a month and was in a condition which I have to learn all over, walking-talking- all the basic functions of living a simple life. In the same way, I spent three months in the hospital and a Rehabilitation hospital. After I was discharged; I went back to my traditional diet and from there, the journey of my life began.

I was living in Ohio and I moved to Florida to be with my mother and sister. It took me over six years to get my body in working condition before I realized it was the Stone Age diet, The Paleo Diet. Afterward, I went back to NY, got married, and started pursuing my dream of becoming a Chef. In addition, I went to the Art Institute of New York City in pursuing a Culinary Management Degree, specializing in my traditional diet, the Paleo Diet. Studies provide scientific evidence of how the paleo diet works for a healthy lifestyle.
